Abstract
A veinte años del Tratado de Libre Comercio de América del Norte (tlcan), el cumplimiento y los pendientes del Capítulo xx sobre transporte siguen siendo tema de interés estratégico para sostener el aumento del comercio, cuidar la seguridad nacional, especialmente de Estados Unidos, e impulsar la integración regional con ventajas comunes para los tres países. Si para los tres socios han aumentado los flujos de comercio, para México es evidente que la construcción de cien proyectos de infraestructura de transporte para hacerlos posibles ha dejado de lado problemas de integración regional previos y han surgido nuevas desigualdades con los intentos fallidos de alcanzar la libertad de tránsito del Tratado.Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
