Abstract
El objetivo central de este trabajo es analizar el tránsito a la adultez de jóvenes originarios de un municipio rural de la Sierra Norte de Puebla, marcado en las últimas décadas por un proceso de migración acelerada hacia Estados Unidos y en el que habitan poblaciones mestizas, nahuas y otomíes. Con el fin de ubicar las coincidencias y discrepancias en ese tránsito, consideramos las diferencias de género y étnicas. La información etnográfica que sustenta lo aquí presentado fue recopilada a lo largo de cuatro años de trabajo de campo en la cabecera mestiza y en una localidad otomí.Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
