Abstract
El 3 de noviembre de 2020, Estados Unidos volverá a las urnas para elegir a su próximo presidente y representantes de ambas Cámaras del Poder Legislativo que delinearán no solo el rumbo de la política interna del país, también afectará el curso de la política internacional. A poco más de once meses de la justa electoral, resulta necesario cuestionarse si los Estados Unidos del actual presidente, Donald Trump, constituyen una era perdida.
